Member of the Paris Bar since 2000, Laurence practiced for ten years at Gide French Law firm in Paris in the EU Competition Department where she acquired experience in national and European Competition Law, Distribution Law, and commercial litigation.
Laurence has subsequently been appointed General Counsel of Spanish luxury group PUIG (Nina Ricci; Paco Rabanne; Carolina Herrera; Jean – Paul Gaultier; Prada…) in France for two years before founding her own firm in 2008.
Laurence is a graduate of the University of Strasbourg, holding a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and a Post-graduate degree in EC Competition Law.
She is routinely involved in preparatory work for legislative or regulatory changes relating to the regulation of competition.
On March 2019, Laurence has been appointed as non-permanent member of the College of the French Competition Authority.
Lecturer in antitrust Law at University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ).
Laurence is a board member of the Association of Lawyers Practicing Competition Law (Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence – APDC) and member of the French Association for the study of Competition (Association Française d’Etude de la Concurence – AFEC).
